Are you an experienced construction professional who thrives on leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering quality results? We're seeking a Construction Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local building codes, and OSHA safety standards.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
