Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their financial and health coverage needs.

Present tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine security for families and businesses.

Guide clients through the application process with patience and clear explanations.

Maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.

Collaborate with our internal support staff to resolve client questions or claim concerns promptly.

Attend local community events to build visibility and trust within the Philadelphia area.


Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.

Minimum of two years of experience in consultative sales or customer-facing roles.

Clear and articulate verbal communication skills for explaining complex policy details.

Reliable transportation for local client meetings across Philadelphia.

Proficiency with industry-standard CRM platforms for client management.

A strong commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
