Core Responsibilities
- Install cabinets, countertops, and custom casework at job sites
- Load/unload and transport materials to job sites
- Use hand and power tools for installation and adjustments
- Follow drawings, measurements, and job specs
- Assist with assembly and final fit/finish work on site
- Maintain clean, safe work areas during installs
- Work alongside lead installers and construction crews
Work Environment/Requirements
- Hands-on construction/carpentry-style work
- Travel to job sites (regional installs; sometimes paid travel/per diem)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- Use of ladders, tools, and jobsite equipment
- High attention to detail (finished cabinetry = precision fit)
- Open to lookin at entry level candidates(will train)
- Construction, carpentry, or shop experience is a plus
- Ability to read basic measurements / plans helps
- Reliability + willingness to learn is key
