Supervisory Events Processor
Job Description
Prime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a Supervisory Events Processor to serve as the onsite manager supporting a high-volume violations processing operation in Chicago, Illinois. This position provides leadership, operational oversight, workforce management, and customer-facing support within a fast-paced administrative processing environment.
The Supervisory Events Processor serves as PRI's onsite leader with responsibility for contract execution, employee supervision, staffing coordination, quality assurance, performance management, and operational excellence. This role directly supervises a Team Lead Events Processor and assigned Events Processors while ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage people, workloads, customer expectations, and operational priorities while fostering a positive, accountable, and professional work environment.
- Lead daily operations and workforce activities in a high-volume processing environment.
- Supervise and provide direction to Team Lead Events Processors and supporting staff.
- Manage employee performance through coaching, mentoring, counseling, and development.
- Conduct onboarding, training, cross-training, and employee performance reviews.
- Monitor production, quality, accuracy, and operational metrics.
- Address personnel issues, attendance concerns, and workplace challenges professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate staffing coverage, scheduling, workload balancing, and workforce planning activities.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels.
- Prepare operational reports, status updates, and performance summaries.
- Partner with customer leadership and PRI management to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and operational procedures.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and employee retention efforts.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Three or more years of supervisory or management experience in operations, administrative processing, logistics, customer support, service delivery, or related environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing employee performance.
- Experience providing coaching, mentoring, counseling, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Experience supporting transportation, violations processing, transaction processing, administrative operations, or service delivery environments.
- Experience with quality assurance, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience interfacing directly with customers and senior leadership.
