Insurance Sales Producer

As a Insurance Agency Producer, you'll work alongside a successful Farmers team, gain hands-on insurance sales and business management experience, and participate in the award-winning University of Farmers® training program. This unique opportunity allows you to learn the business from the inside while building an opportunity for agency ownership.

Base compensation is 30,000-36,000 yearly plus commission

Responsibilities

• Work directly with an established Farmers team
• Develop insurance sales and customer service skills primarily over the phone
• Learn agency operations, marketing, and business management
• Build experience in prospecting, relationship building, and client retention
• Participate in professional development through University of Farmers® training
• Progress through production and performance milestones designed to prepare you for agency ownership

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses - licensing assistance available
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
