Grand Prix Subaru is hiring an experienced Automotive Cashier / Service Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, cashiering, billing, or administrative support.

• Process cash, credit card, and check payments
• Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily transactions
• Maintain accurate service and parts documentation
• Close out open invoices and ensure accuracy
• Provide professional customer service and issue resolution
• Assist with phone coverage and internal coordination
• Support administrative functions for service & parts departments

5-Day Work Week (Must Be Flexible):

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Day off during the week + Sunday off

• $20.00 per hour

• Dealership experience preferred
• Experience in cash handling, billing, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and positive attitude
