• Introduce kids to the serious fun of learning and play in our unique environment
• Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
• Create a warm, safe, high-energy space where kids thrive and parents feel welcome

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has leadership experience (training lead, shift lead, team lead, coach, manager)
• Can work 20-30 hours (day, night, and weekend hours)
• Could grow into full time.
• Is dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn (background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus, but not required!)
• Loves having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a kid
• Brings positive energy and a “yes, I can!” attitude every day
• Makes kids AND parents feel seen, valued, and excited to come back
