Insurance Sales Representative

Salary $2,500- $3,500 per month plus commissions and bonuses. Current Agents range between $6k - $15k per month.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Answer INCOMING LIVE LEADS and Call Current warm leads looking for Home and Auto quotes
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements

• A Property Casualty license is bonus will train good individual
• Prior Sales Experience
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
