What You'll Do

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing operations.

• Partner with facility leadership to improve clinical quality, resident outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

• Mentor, coach, and develop Directors of Nursing and clinical leaders.

• Drive initiatives focused on quality measures, infection prevention, survey readiness, staffing, and employee engagement.

• Analyze clinical performance metrics and implement action plans that deliver measurable results.

• Collaborate with operations, HR, rehabilitation, and support services to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Support recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development across nursing teams.

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Multi-site leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Proven success leading clinical teams and improving quality outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.

• Experience with survey preparation and regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.
