Hospice Business Development

The proper candidate must be able to develop strong and lasting relationships with key client referral sources. Responsible for marketing and sales related functions including events, presentations and client calls.

This person must have the ability to prioritize and work independently to meet goals and be a professional team player.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates should be creative and outgoing with a passion for achieving results in a challenging field

• Should have at least 1 year of experience - (required)

• Must have previous experience in a hospice/home care setting

• Should have a proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting, comply with accepted professional standards and practices, have excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills and understand hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying.

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order, is properly registered and licensed, and is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
Competitive salary range between $80,000-90,000 commensurate with experience, plus generous incentive bonuses.
