Safely transport residents to and from physician appointments, therapy visits, community outings, and other scheduled activities.
Confirm and coordinate residents' appointments and transportation schedules.
Communicate transportation arrangements with families and facility staff as needed.
Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
Maintain accurate transportation logs and complete required documentation.
Assist with clerical duties related to resident appointments, transfers, and discharges as needed.
Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
