Location: Lutz, FL
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)

Requirements

'14; Part-time work two days a week and every other weekend
'14; Full-time work three days a week and every other weekend
'14; Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability

What You'll Do

'05; Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility

'05; Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with higher-acuity needs

'05; Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team

'05; Complete accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality

'05; Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

'05; Qualifications

'14; Minimum 2 years of exp in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting

'14; Experience supporting individuals with higher-acuity needs preferred

'14; Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

'14; Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

'14; Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist individuals up to 50 pounds

'14; Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
