• Manage end-to-endwarehouseoperations including inward, storage, inventorymanagement, and dispatch
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, packing, and shipment execution
• Maintain high standards ofwarehouseorganization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Implement and monitor SOPs for allwarehouseactivities

• Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
• Minimize inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO as applicable)
• Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with business requirements

• Coordinate closely with procurement, production, andlogisticsteams for smooth material flow
• Ensure timely availability of materials for operations and dispatch readiness
• Manage inbound and outboundlogisticscoordination

• Supervisewarehousestaff, supervisors, and operators
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met
• Foster a disciplined and performance-driven work culture

• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement cost-effective solutions
• Track keywarehousemetrics (TAT, inventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, etc.)
• Prepare and share regular MIS reports withmanagement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives inwarehouseefficiency and cost control

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

• Proven experience inwarehousemanagementorlogisticsoperations
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven organizations
• Hands-on experience inmanaginginventory systems andwarehouseprocesses
• Experience handling large teams andwarehouseoperations

• Strong understanding ofwarehouseoperations and inventorymanagement
• Good knowledge of supply chain andlogisticsprocesses
• Hands-on, execution-focused, and detail-oriented approach
