OBGYN Physician

Location: Redwood City, CA

A growing, mission-driven medical group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a patient-centered, collaborative team in Redwood City, CA.

This is a unique opportunity to practice with autonomy, flexibility, and strong clinical support while living in one of the most desirable areas in California.

• $375K – $400K guaranteed (2 years) → transitions to productivity
• Up to $100K sign-on bonus
• Up to $20K relocation assistance

• 3–4 clinic days per week + post-call day off
• 1–2 call shifts per week (4–6/month)
• Call from home
• Shared call (1:6) with employed physicians, community providers, and hospitalists
• Minimum 48 in-house call shifts annually once hospitalist program launches
• Always supported by OB hospitalist + OB/GYN on service
• Full-scope OB/GYN NP support in clinic
• 3–4 month waitlist for GYN → strong demand

• 800–1,000 annual births with plans for growth
• Level II NICU (32+ weeks)
  • <32 weeks transferred to Stanford (~15 minutes away)
• Joint venture with Stanford / Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital
  • Support with surgeries and C-sections
• Additional hospital capabilities:
  • General, Vascular, and Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • 16-bed ICU
• Community-based model: physicians round on their own patients

• Brand new clinic (currently under construction)
• Affiliated with a 208-bed, nonprofit community hospital
• Recognized for excellence in:

• Award-winning Family Birth Center with private LDR suites

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for or active California medical license
• Open to new graduates (2026) – not considering 2027 yet
• Strong interest in long-term practice growth and community impact
• Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
