Concrete Foreman – Commercial Construction


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete operations on commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality construction solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all concrete activities on commercial construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute concrete work accurately.

- Manage and direct concrete crew members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

- Oversee the preparation of forms, reinforcement, and placement of concrete, including finishing and curing.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

- Monitor material usage and order supplies as needed to prevent delays.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure concrete work meets project standards and specifications.

- Document daily progress, issues, and safety incidents, providing reports to management.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a concrete foreman or supervisor in commercial construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.

  • Able to stand for long durations
  • Able to lift over 50 pounds
  • Willing to travel throughout the Southeast
  • Pass a background and chemical screening
