Production Supervison-2nd shift

Location: Central Kentucky
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Pay: $65,000–$70,000/year (Direct Hire)

Our client is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the production floor. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, coaching team leaders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and support Group Leaders, Line Leaders, and production associates
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety goals are achieved
• Monitor daily operations and resolve production, quality, and staffing issues
• Train, coach, and develop production team members
• Promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) and lean manufacturing practices
• Collaborate with HR, Engineering, Production Control, and other departments
• Conduct employee evaluations, coaching, and performance management
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality systems

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or related certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading teams of 50+ employees
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kanban, traceability, and production efficiency
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
