CDR General Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.

  • Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash receptacles.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom products as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to company cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe work practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude.
