Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, VA.

This is a consistent part-time position with a structured weekly schedule.

Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

• Wednesday – Friday: 9:15 AM – 11:45 AM

Consistent weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors

• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Participate in supervision as required

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Experience working with children with autism preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Professional and dependable
