Production Supervisor
Thomasville, GA | $16.00 / Hour
A seafood company is looking for a production supervisor to be responsible for overseeing daily operations with company standards. This role supports line leads, addresses minor issues, communicates with management, and ensures each sift is fully prepared for success.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring 2-3 lines
- Communicate updates and issues to management
- Handle small disputes on the line
- Enforce policies and safety standards
- Ensure readiness for each shift
- Ensure all lines are running efficiently
- Ensure line leads are doing their job reporting any issues
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual preferred
- Lift and move 30 pounds
- Clean criminal background
- Work well with cold food and environments
- Clean drug screen
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
Location: Thomasville, Georgia
Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 5:15 am – until the job is done
