Key Responsibilities

• Reservation Management: Handle reservations and walk-in guests while keeping an organized waiting list.
• Communication: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Customer Support: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements
