Job Title: Investor Onboarding Associate
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type of Employment: Direct Hire, Full-Time (Exempt)
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually

Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an Investor Onboarding Associate role. This position supports the onboarding and documentation process for new investors, ensuring all required information is accurately collected, verified, and maintained in compliance with applicable regulatory standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive financial documentation in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process investor onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify investor eligibility and accreditation in accordance with established regulatory requirements
- Examine complex documentation such as trusts and entity structures for compliance and consistency
- Maintain accurate records and support audit-ready documentation practices within internal systems
- Identify and escalate non-standard or complex cases to compliance or legal partners as appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and timely onboarding workflows
- Provide occasional administrative or front desk support as needed to assist office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or customer support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with CRM or document management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Background in financial services, investment operations, or regulated industries is a plus
