Support Staff - Day Program - Float

The Position:

Day Program offers individuals an opportunity to develop a hobby, meet new friends, and spend time in the community. We are looking for individuals who want to put their hobbies to work, such as sewing, jewelry making, drawing, canvas painting, CNC woodworking, gardening, card making and more. Your work hours will be Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm. Starting pay is $16.00 - $17.00 based on experience. Positions are currently available in Elkhart and Bristol.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support individuals through vocational and recreational activities
• Personal care - bathroom needs, feeding, changing
• Transportation - any community-based activities and outings
• Administering medications and charting
• Meal preparation
• Documentation on computers

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of car insurance
• Pass background checks and negative drug test
