At OWOC Monroe Center in Grand Rapids, MI, we’re looking for a friendly and engaging Part-Time Tasting Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
As a Tasting Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your role will include:
- Guiding customers through product tastings and sharing your knowledge to help them make informed choices.
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for every guest.
- Assisting with restocking and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Supporting the team with weekend rotations as needed.
This position is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused setting. If you are not comfortable starting conversations with others, this may not be the job for you, and that's okay!
We’re seeking candidates who bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the table. While customer service experience is required, here are a few key qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Comfortable lifting 20-30 pounds as part of daily tasks.
- Availability for weekend rotations as needed.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Someone comfortable approaching customers and engaging them in tastings
- Participation in Farmers Markets, Expos, In Store Demonstrations
