Maintenance Lead
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment, mobile equipment, conveyors, crushers, and processing systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and prioritize repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and work order completion to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to support production goals and planned shutdowns.

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in an industrial quarry environment where conditions include moving mechanical equipment, dust, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, elevated noise levels, and exposure to vibration.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working on uneven terrain.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
