$1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as four $250 installments at your 3-, 6-, 9-, and 12-month milestones.

Why this role matters

As an HVACR Manufacturing Assembly Specialist, you bring precision and care to every build. You’ll join a family-owned organization (since 1981) dedicated to developing technical training systems, eLearning, and simulators used by colleges, universities, high schools, and companies worldwide.

Your core responsibilities
  • Assemble complete HVAC and refrigeration systems along with subassemblies and critical components.
  • Validate component and system performance against specifications; record and communicate findings.
  • Author, revise, and sustain manufacturing procedures for assigned equipment.
  • Solder copper tubing to a high standard.
  • Troubleshoot and correct defects and errors in components and assemblies.
  • Resolve issues with broken/defective parts, products, and shop equipment.
  • Calibrate, test, and maintain production and test gear.
What success looks like
  • Mechanical aptitude shows in every clean joint, accurate fit, and stable test result.
  • You interpret blueprints and product documentation (in English) without hesitation.
  • You’re organized, self-directed, and on the floor prepared at 6:00 AM.
  • Experience soldering copper tubing and EPA 608 certification are pluses.
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
Work structure and rewards
  • All-day shift team: 40 hours/week, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Optional Saturday overtime: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
