Customer Service Representative

Main Street Bank is seeking a new part-time Customer Service Representative for our Dalton, OH market! This role will primarily be based in our Dalton Office branch but will have the ability to serve the entire Wooster/Dalton Market.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Retail Banking Experienceas atellerorcustomer service representative.
  • Bonusif you have been a vault teller, have experience opening and closing accounts, IRA experience, and understand HSAs!
  • Super Bonusif you have experience with consumer lending or have been a Universal Banker!
• A Great Customer Service Philosophy!Wewill want to hear about it!
• Curiosity.Always wanting to learn, grow, and develop is a MUST.
• Strong Attention to DetailandAccuracy.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK!
• MUST have Cash Handling Experience.
  
• Saturday mornings on a regular rotation is a MUST!
