Work Schedule: 1st Shift (7 AM–7 PM), 2nd Shift (7 PM–7 AM), 3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM)

Position Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician provides direct behavioral services while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct behavioral therapy.
- Implement behavior intervention plans.
- Work under BCBA supervision.
- Collect behavioral data.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Communicate treatment progress.
- Support patients with behavioral and developmental needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician credential.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite.
- Behavioral intervention experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Inpatient psychiatric experience.
- Experience with crisis intervention.
