Client Success Specialist

About This Role

Position Summary

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing product and service information and dispatching vendors. This person needs to have a high level of customer service experience, coordination and problem-solving skills. This person will be the go-to contact????? for all clients and vendors when new orders are placed and any issues that might arise.

Shifts for this Position:

10am – 6pm, Wednesday – Sunday

8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday

2pm – 10pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products and services

* Manage job requests submitted by new/existing clients

* Document and update customer records based on interactions

* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

* Multi-task via email, phone or other channels of communication

* Research, onboard and assign new vendors as needed

* Other duties as assigned ?

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

* Ability to build rapport with clients

* Ability to prioritize and multitask

* Positive and professional demeanor

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
