Meadow Falls of Bath is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Warrior Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide exceptional nursing care to our assisted living residents. Position SummaryThe Weekend Warrior Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care during weekend shifts, ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being while collaborating with caregivers, providers, and families.
ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess, monitor, and document resident health status.
Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Supervise and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.
Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Current, active LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio.
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior services preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CPR certification preferred.
