Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our growing team! As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allure of Knox County, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), administer medications and treatments as ordered, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Your role is crucial in ensuring our residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of care

Clinical Skills May Include:

• Wound care and dressing changes

• Tube feedings

• Catheter care

• Suctioning

• Colostomy and drainage care

• Range of motion assistance

• End-of-life care

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN License in good standing

• CPR Certification required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to make sound clinical decisions

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+$0.75/hour shift differential)

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+$1.00/hour shift differential)
