Position Overview
As an LPN or RN, you will play a key role in delivering direct nursing care and supporting clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and outcomes

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
