What You’ll Do:Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
Oversee and support shift operations
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Serve as a visible leader and resource for the care team
Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN/RN license
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
