**RN Sign On Bonus: $10,000
**LPN Sign On Bonus: $7,500

Position Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and assess residents’ health status
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote a positive and compassionate care environment
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for working with seniors and long-term care residents
Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
