Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse to join our team at Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Marion, Massachusetts. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our staff. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including participation in patient and family teaching

• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice

• Supervise the daily nursing activities performed by nursing staff

Prerequisites:

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing / Registered Nurse program

• Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure / Registered Nurse

• Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child, and Infant
