Overnight Nurse (RN/LPN) - Night Shift Differential - Cura of Willmar

Cura Health is actively seeking dedicated Overnight (NOC) Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. In this overnight role, you will provide critical nursing care during the nighttime hours, ensuring our patients receive continuous, attentive, and high-quality support. • Deliver comprehensive nursing care during overnight shifts, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding to patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain continuity of care and communicate any significant patient status changes promptly.
• Perform thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and assessments.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients throughout the night.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and provide support in urgent situations.

Requirements

• Current valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Previous overnight or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus during overnight hours.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
