Now Hiring: RN/LPN - Memory Care Community

Starting Pay: $27.00 per Hour

Are you a compassionate nurse looking to make a meaningful difference? Join our team at our beautiful 20-bed dementia personal care community, where we provide exceptional, personalized care in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Because of our small size, you'll have the opportunity to truly get to know your residents and provide the individualized care they deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Monitor resident health and communicate changes to providers and families.
  • Deliver compassionate, person-centered dementia care.
  • Work collaboratively with caregivers and leadership to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Experience in dementia care, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
