Location: Clifton, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) | 7 Days a Week Coverage
Pay: $45–$55 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a private home setting. This role is ideal for an RN who is confident in managing respiratory care and providing hands-on daily support in a family-centered environment.
Responsibilities Include:
%CF; Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home
%CF; Manage respiratory needs including:
%CB; Cough assist
%CB; Suctioning
%CB; Chest physiotherapy (CPT)
%CB; Nebulizer treatments
%CB; CPAP
%CF; Safely administer prescribed medications
%CF; Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
%CF; Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed
%CF; Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
%CF; Collaborate with family and care team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
%CF; Active RN license in good standing
%CF; Pediatric nursing experience required
%CF; Strong experience with respiratory conditions and equipment
%CF; Comfortable administering medications
%CF; Ability to lift 50–60 lbs
%CF; Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
%CF; Current CPR/BLS certification
