Join a Mission-Driven Practice Expanding Access to Mental Health Care Across Nebraska

Our model blends in-person and telehealth services to reduce barriers to care and meet clients where they are. We are building a sustainable, community-centered behavioral health practice that supports clinicians as much as the clients we serve.

If you’re looking for the freedom of private practice without the administrative burden and want to be part of a collaborative, values-driven organization, we’d love to connect.

Why Join Nebraska Peace of Mind?

Steady Referral Flow
We actively manage marketing, community partnerships, and payer relationships to maintain consistent client referrals so you can focus on clinical care.

Credentialing and Insurance Support
We handle insurance credentialing and payer contracting, helping you expand your reach without navigating the administrative complexity alone.

Hybrid Flexibility

  • Provide services in-office in Lincoln and via secure telehealth across Nebraska.

  • Structure your schedule in a way that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

Contractor Autonomy

  • Set your availability

  • Maintain clinical independence

  • Choose your preferred populations and specialties

  • Opportunity to grow niche services such as assessments, trauma, health psychology, or child and adolescent work

Collaborative Clinical Culture
While you maintain autonomy, you are never isolated. We foster a supportive, team-based environment rooted in ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and shared mission alignment.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing
Provide evidence-based individual therapy, with group therapy optional
Develop individualized treatment plans using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches
Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
Provide clinical supervision if qualified and interested

Qualifications

PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in Nebraska
Experience with psychological testing and formal assessments
Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities
Commitment to accessible, stigma-free, client-centered care
Ability to work independently within a collaborative hybrid model

Specialized training in trauma, neuropsychological assessment, child and adolescent services, or integrated health is a plus.

Who Thrives Here?

You might be a great fit if you want private practice-level independence without building everything alone. You value flexibility but still want consistent referrals. You care deeply about expanding mental health access in Nebraska. You appreciate operational support, including credentialing, billing infrastructure, and systems. You want to help shape a growing organization grounded in compassionate care.
