Nebraska Peace of Mind Behavioral Health is growing. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care while maintaining professional autonomy and flexibility.
Our model blends in-person and telehealth services to reduce barriers to care and meet clients where they are. We are building a sustainable, community-centered behavioral health practice that supports clinicians as much as the clients we serve.

Role Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing
Provide evidence-based individual therapy, with group therapy optional
Develop individualized treatment plans using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches
Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
Provide clinical supervision if qualified and interested
Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license in Nebraska
Experience with psychological testing and formal assessments
Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities
Commitment to accessible, stigma-free, client-centered care
Ability to work independently within a collaborative hybrid model
Specialized training in trauma, neuropsychological assessment, child and adolescent services, or integrated health is a plus.
