Now Hiring: Full-Time Memory Care Nurse (RN or LPN) – Day Shift

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care team on a full-time day shift at The Woods, A Nightingale Community in Monticello, Arkansas. As a dedicated nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents and their families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to Memory Care residents, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and family members
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care, assisted living, or memory care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
