Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, experienced in launching products, and passionate about transforming ideas into high-quality, manufacturable solutions.In this role, you will design new products, improve existing ones, and play a hands-on role in bringing concepts to market. Success requires sharp attention to detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design mechanical components and product assemblies using CAD software.
• Create and iterate product concepts based on market needs, design requirements, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation processes to ensure product reliability and quality.
• Preparing technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for manufacturing and production.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovative solutions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to mechanical product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with product prototyping, testing, and design validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience designing automotive or consumer products is a plus.
