Operator

Piccolomini Development is a site development company specializing in commercial and residential excavation, underground utilities, site development, and decorative and traditional concrete.

We are looking for experienced operators that can run a 2 – 3 man crew. Applicants must have experience with grading, utilities, lasers, reading plans, and the ability to plan ahead and take initiative.

We are in a growth process and are looking for self-motivated individuals who want an opportunity to grow with us.

When working for Piccolomini Development as an ​​​​​​​Operator, you can expect that we will provide a safe working environment and the tools and equipment necessary to complete any project on-time and on-budget. As an ​​​​​​​Operating you will be given a set of plans, material quantities, production schedule, etc. All of which will be reviewed with our internal team. A pre-construction meeting will be held with our staff, as well as the staff from the respective project owners/engineers/PM's, etc.

Pay: Competitive wage based on experience

5+ years experience in civil construction

3+ years of successful project completion as an Operator

40-50 hours per week

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: On the road, we work in a 70 mile radius around Uniontown.
