Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of drafting experience required

Associate’s degree in Drafting is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform CAD drafting for:
- Boundary surveys
- Transmission line right-of-way (ROW) surveys
- Land tie surveys
- Prepare written descriptions, including:
-
"Metes and bounds" descriptions
-
"Centerline" descriptions for assigned projects
Support Functions:
- Assist survey field crews and office personnel with:
- Researching existing survey and real estate records

Contacting local and state agencies to gather right-of-way information
- Transmitting completed project files and documentation
