Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night.
Pay Rate: LPN $40hr. RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management and seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN Contract Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. LPN/RN Contract Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve the quality of care we provide

Note: This position is intended for local LPN/RN Contract Nurse candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
