Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia team providing independent anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical specialties. This role offers autonomy, diverse case exposure, and an excellent work-life balance in a supportive hospital-employed practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care.
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control.
• Perform regional anesthesia and various nerve blocks.
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and surgical teams.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clinical standards.
• Participate in shared call schedule with post-call recovery day.

Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA.
• Oregon License or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA employment experience.
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Willing to relocate to the local area if required.
• New graduates are not eligible.
