Responsibilities may include:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Assisting physicians and clinical staff
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Insurance verification and patient registration
- Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
- Administrative and front office support
We're looking for candidates with:
- Medical Assistant experience (certified or non-certified welcome)
- OR medical front desk/reception experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and organizational abilities
- EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical office
