In this role, you will serve as the financial backbone for a complex portfolio of entities — managing reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and tenant billing with precision and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with property managers, financial institutions, and ownership groups to deliver timely, accurate financial insight.

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, deposits, bank account management, and high-volume invoice processing.
• Handle tenant billing, CAM/expense recoveries, and prepare financial reports for property owners, financial institutions, and tax accountants.
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities, partnerships, and family trusts.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, owners, and internal teams on property records, inspections, and operational reporting.
• Drive reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data in Yardi.
• Review and analyze tenant lease abstractions to support accurate billing and compliance.
Qualifications
• 5–8+ years of property accounting experience across commercial and residential portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Proficiency with Yardi Breeze and/or Yardi Enterprise; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-entity structures including partnerships and family trusts.
• Strong understanding of CAM reconciliations, tenant billing, and owner reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with expense recoveries and preparing owner financial packages.
• Experience preparing tax work paper packages for tax accountants.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range $90,000 - $150,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• Annual bonus subject to company and employee performance and at the discretion of Employer.
• Hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day work from home).
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance available. Employer pays 50% of premium.
• 401(k) retirement plan.
• Employer discretionary 401(k) contribution.
• Vacation time, sick time plus paid holidays.
