Job description:

Title: Lead Teacher – Early Childhood Education Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)Compensation: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

- Lead and manage a classroom in compliance with DCYF licensing standards- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment- Observe, document, and assess children’s development- Communicate effectively with families and school leadership- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
