Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
The Village House supports children with developmental disabilities. Employees are responsible for adhering to the daily routine of the home.
- Adheres to policies and procedures.
- Employees provide support for clients s outlined in the Plan of Care. Employees are responsible for providing therapeutic care

- Assist clients with daily activities (personal care, home care, transportation, etc…)
- Work in a collaborative team environment.
- Assist residents with taking medication, educating residents about medication,
- Implement individualized plan under guidance from Qualified Professional
- Provide direct intervention to build behavior management and life skills
- Provides direct interventions to promote skill based learning, development
