Job Summary
•\tProvide care for developmentally disabled individuals residing in a 6-bed residential facility.

General Accountabilities
•\tAssists with daily activities.
•\tPerforms tasks including but not limited to making beds, doing laundry, preparing meals, washing dishes, ironing, cleaning, bathing, dressing, personal care, etc.
•\tPrepare meals for individuals, may require some feeding for clients unable to fed self.
•\tHelps clients in and out of bed, etc.
•\tAdministers oral medication written under doctor prescription.
•\tAccompanies ambulatory patients outside of home.
•\tPerform Active treatment by reading, talking, listening to individual and taking part in daily activities.

Job Qualifications
•\tEducation: High School Diploma
•\tMust be able to past a background check
•\tPhysical Exam and TB test required
•\tExperience: Experience preferred but not required will train
