Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Lesson planning
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with team members and parents on children’s day
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare or preschool or aid
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Reliable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
